Fancy New Band - Moppy
Moppy sometimes wishes people thought he was more than one person but he’s not, there’s just one man in his band.
Moppy is crawling into a coin operated dryer at 4 a.m and emerging wearing a spacesuit made of Haitian percussion, 808's, 3D's-esque guitars, static, bleeps and silent film scores.
The song “Big Big Wolf” is about having out of body experiences to music and fairy tales featuring the vocal talents of up and coming diva, CUTE BANANA.
Moppy's music is about making freaky and subtle sounds that people can grab on to and touch. Making use of his RNB background, Moppy creates a new identity by throwing new elements into the mix.
Moppy's album is to be released at Whammy on Saturday 28th August and will [maybe] be called Libra Fleur.
